Network Settings

In the Network Settings, the following items can be set.

z The Key Operator Password is required to open the Network Settings screen.

z After setting parameters for the Network Settings, turn the machine's power switch Off, and then On again.

00 Print Network Settings Print the Network Settings list.

To cancel printing the parameter setting list,

select “Stop” and “OK”. While processing the

cancellation, panel operation is denied, and an

error beep is produced.

The feeding paper(s) will be ejected before

completing the above cancellation operation.

If setting a parameter, an asterisk mark (*) will

be added before the parameter number.

Displays the MAC address (Ethernet

address).

z The MAC address is displayed, but cannot be

set.

• 01 LAN Speed/Duplex

Set the LAN speed.

• 02 Jumbo Frame

Set whether to use Jumbo Frame.

This function is only available when the

machine is connected to 1000 Base- T

z When set to “On”, MTU (Maximum

Transmission Unit) is 9000 bytes.

• 00 DHCP Default

Select “Yes” when your network environment

is based on DHCP server.

z When using this machine as a network

shared printer, select “No”, and set “01 TCP/

IP Address”, “02 TCP/IP Subnet Mask”, and

“03 TCP/IP Default Gateway”.
