1. IMAGE SHIFT

Place paper in the drawer(s). Page 2-4

- When using this mode in bypass copying, be sure to specify

the paper size.

A margin for binding is created by shifting the original image to either the right or left side. You can also

create binding margins in the center (inner margin) when using Book-Type Originals to 2-sided copies

( Page 3-8).

Press the LEFT or RIGHT key according to your

desired binding side.

Providing Right or Left Margin

Press the EDIT key to enter the edit menu, and

press the IMAGE SHIFT key.
